Seeking an individual with strong leadership skills to be responsible for the overall operations of our progressive Dental Clinics. Full-time Opportunity available for a Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, EFDA, to work in our progressive/caring general dentistry clinic.

Conducts routine clinical laboratory testing for use in the treatment and diagnosis of disease.

Duties:

· Performs and documents maintenance per manufacturer guidelines

· Assesses acceptability of quality control prior to testing patient samples

· Completes and documents corrective action for any deviations from procedure

· Evaluates each patient sample for acceptability prior to testing

· Participates and completes required training

· Identifies and corrects quality issues

· Maintains lab organization and supply inventories to prevent disruptions in service

· Communicates effectively with customers (patients and clinic staff)

· Completes other duties as assigned

Minimum Education: Associates degree in lab science or completion of 50-week military training program for medical laboratory specialists. Documented evidence required. Will consider other degreed candidates with recent clinical lab experience.

This position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., no weekend, no call and Major Holidays Off.

Community Health Center of Central Missouri is seeking a Director of Quality to join our progressive organization. The Director of Quality, in collaboration with the management team, is responsible for implementing, monitoring and refining the quality improvement processes, policies and procedures of CHCCMO. In addition, the Director of Quality will play an integral role in managing and monitoring the health care quality measures and data metrics of CHCCMO. Director of Quality participates in the continuous systematic monitoring of all CHCCMO participating provider processes and outcomes; directs problem focused studies; implements and maintains department objectives to ensure compliance of NCQA accrediting, Federal/State regulations, licensing or reviewing agency requirements and acts as a liaison for Quality Improvement Committees. The Director of Quality is responsible for the coordination of health center risk management activities. The Director of Quality will Identify and build opportunities for quality improvement efforts and assure the organization meets or exceeds stated objectives and complies with relevant standards. The Director of Quality will also assist in training nursing staff and be responsible for Employee Health Component of CHCCMO staff. The Director of Quality will work closely with the Medical Clinic Manager with vaccine distribution and planning for vaccination events.

Ideal candidate would be a Registered Nurse with a current BLS certification, minimum of two years in a health care setting, working with program evaluation, planning and quality improvement activities. Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of Healthcare Home activities preferred for this position. The Director of Quality will supervise the Community Health Workers, Nurse Care Managers and Dietician.

Community Health Center of Central Missouri is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Team of Family Medicine Providers.  Individual would work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.   Must be a licensed NP or PA, previous experience working a  primary care setting helpful for this position.  Competitive Salary and Great Benefit Package offered with this position.
