Prescription Assistance

The Community Health Center of Central Missouri offers assistance in obtaining prescription medications. For patients who qualify, medications can be provided at little or no cost. Our Care Coordinators will help gather all required financial information and fill out any applications and you get the medications you need to manage your condition.

Things to Know

• Not all prescription medications are available on the PARx Program.
• A small fee may be required for each prescription
