At Community Health Center of Central Missouri our goal is to help you and your entire family stay healthy, or to return you to good health as soon as possible. We maintain an open-door policy, providing timely, affordable and accessible medical care to our patients.
We offer a wide-range of primary care services provided by a dedicated team of physicians, family nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses, and support staff. We take Missouri Medicaid, Healthcare USA, Missouri Care, Molina Healthcare as well as most private insurances. In addition, we offer a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients with no insurance.
