The Community Health Center of Central Missouri is a not-for-profit corporation and a federally qualified health center that provides healthcare to anyone. We strive to meet the primary and preventive health care needs of the residents of central Missouri, Jefferson City Missouri and Linn Missouri.

Jefferson City Clinic

The Jefferson City Clinic offers a wide variety of services ranging from treatment of chronic and acute conditions to dental cleanings. We provide comprehensive, high quality healthcare in an educational and supportive environment. By doing so, our patients take an assertive role in caring for their own well being through all stages of life.

Community Health Center OB Clinic

In April 2009, Community Health Center opened the doors to the OB Clinic. Located inside our Jefferson City Clinic, the OB clinic serves Community Health Center patients with Obstetrical care from some of the finest ob-gyn physicians in the area.
